POA Festival Hub – Strand Park - Food EOI – Due 13^th June 2024

North Australian Festival of Arts 2024 is looking to engage supplier's to setup in a fixed vendor style food outlets.

• We are looking for proposals from food vendors that would be interested in setting up a temporary outlet with operation from the 26th Sept – 13th Oct (We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays).
• We are looking for a variety of high-quality, gourmet food offerings with various dietary options, styles and cuisines, This includes coffee/ dessert options.
• NAFA would negotiate with successful applicants to discuss infrastructure, branding/ façade etc.
• At the EOI stage we are looking for people interested and a proposal of what their outlet could be, draft menu etc.
• There would be no site fees however pending the amount of infrastructure provided a profit share % will be negotiated.
